We decorated our tree with Ornaments:
---Vintage and handmade
---Breakable and made from yarn.
---From my father when he learned to crochet in elementary school.
---Made from felt, buttons, and wood.
---Hung in sets of four all along the bottom of the tree that were placed just so by our three year old.
We also used lights and candles this year, just to keep things interesting.
The Result:: Our eclectic tree that we love so.
Won't you tell me about your tree?

Your tree is just beautiful. Handmade ornaments are my favorites. And my very favorites are the ones my mom made when we were little.

hello friend. love your tree. i'm going to borrow your button ornament idea...my grandfather was a button molder and we have many especially white and they would look beautiful on the tree with the crocheted snowflakes (like yours)that my grandmother made.
hope that you all have a lovely holiday.
